About Farnborough Juniors FC

Farnborough Juniors FC is the youth section of Farnborough Football Club, providing a welcoming and supportive place for young players to begin their football journey, develop their ability and enjoy being part of a team.

Through our Mini-Kickers programme and Junior Academy teams, we offer football for boys and girls across a wide range of ages and abilities. We are also proud to have a Farnborough Vets side, helping players remain connected to the club and the game long after their junior football years.

Although Farnborough Juniors became formally aligned with the re-formation of Farnborough Football Club in 2007, our history of supporting and developing young footballers stretches back even further. Today, we continue that tradition by creating opportunities for players to learn, compete, make friends and feel part of something special.

Our mission

Our mission is to bring football to the heart of the community through high-quality coaching, inclusive programmes and family-focused activities.

We want every player to have the opportunity to enjoy football, build confidence and fulfil their potential — whether they are kicking a ball for the first time, developing within one of our teams or simply playing for the love of the game.

Our connection with the wider Farnborough FC community also extends beyond competitive football. Through the Farnborough FC Community Trust, the club supports a growing range of local initiatives, including the Community Hub, recreational and walking football, community radio and activities designed to bring people together.

Part of something bigger

Farnborough Juniors FC is more than a collection of football teams. We are part of a wider club community committed to youth development, local wellbeing and creating opportunities through football.

Our young players are also able to build a closer connection with the Farnborough FC First Team. On matchdays, they may have the opportunity to act as ball boys and girls, take part in a Guard of Honour and experience the excitement of being involved at the heart of the club.

These experiences help our players understand that they are not simply representing their individual team — they are part of the wider Farnborough Football Club family.
